Today is Ash Wednesday, the beginning of the season of Lent, 40 days before Easter and a time to take sober reflection of sin and self...so I am sitting here at my desk with ashes marking a cross on my forehead. People all over the world have gone and had this mark placed on them today. It isn't been in my personal "religious" background, but it is becoming so.
